A handsomely-presented single cask single malt from the Edradour distillery in the Highlands. This whisky was distilled in August 2002 and bottled 14 years later in August 2017 (just a few days before its 15th birthday!). A release of 697 Ibisco decanters.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Ground baking spices and a heaped helping of dried fruit.

Palate

Shortbread drizzled with caramel, thick strawberry jam and a good chunk of dark chocolate.

Finish

Drying cinnamon and some tobacco leaf earthiness.
