Single Malt
Scotland

A snazzily-presented single malt from the Edradour Distillery, aged exclusively in bourbon casks for 13 years – from 2007 to 2021. Following its maturation, the whisky was bottled up at cask strength (a hefty 59.2% ABV) in handsome Ibisco decanters. Plus, very shiny presentation tube, too.
Lemon cheesecake, shortbread, papaya, a touch of old oak dustiness.
Nutty and subtly oily malt, with oodles of vanilla and caramel notes.
Cinnamon and black pepper on the finish.
