Wine Cask
Chardonnay-cask-matured whisky - not something you see every day, is it? Well, that's exactly what we've got right here: an Edradour single malt matured for 13 years in a Chardonnay cask! 363 bottles were produced.
This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Ripe apricot and creamy orange. Rich oak notes develop later on, with a touch of almond.
Nutty malt, acacia honey, sultanas, toasted rye bread and marmalade.
Brown sugar, mint and dried apple.
