Description

This 2014 vintage Edradour brings Sauvignon wine casks into the distillery’s ongoing exploration of Italian wine finishes. Matured for 12 years and bottled in September 2026, it features first-fill Sauvignon casks from St. Michael-Eppan in Alto Adige. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colour.

Nose

Fresh green fruit and bright citrus, with a light herbal note above the sweeter malt. A lively, aromatic opening.

Palate

Malt sweetness is balanced by crisp green fruit and a citrus tang. The wine influence brings freshness through the richer spirit, with delicate herbs adding another layer.
