Here we have a deep, wine-driven Highland malt where Edradour’s signature richness meets the bold intensity of Cabernet Sauvignon cask ageing.
The result of a collaboration with South Tyrol’s esteemed St. Michael-Eppan winery, this single malt was matured in first-fill Cabernet Sauvignon casks, demonstrating how Edradour continues to push the boundaries of cask maturation under the guidance of owner Andrew Symington.
Bottled at 48.2% ABV, it captures Edradour’s rich, malty core while layering in deep red fruit, spice, and tannic complexity.
