Edradour 12 Year Old 2007 (cask 326) - Ibisco Decanter
A well-sherried Edradour is something to behold, much like this bottling here! It was distilled in October 2007 and left in a single sherry cask for over a decade, and was bottled shortly after its twelfth birthday in October 2019. A limited 691 bottles were released at cask strength, weighing in at 57.4% ABV housed in an Ibisco decanter.

Nose
Chocolate-covered raisin, juicy damson and spiced chocolate.
Palate
Candied ginger, cooked apple, marmalade and cocoa powder.
Finish
Peppery oak, cinnamon butter and melted dark chocolate.
