Edradour 12 Year Old 2002 Burgundy Cask Finish - Straight from the Cask 56.8% 50cl Whisky

A Straight From The Cask bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the Edradour distillery way up in the Highlands. This edition was distilled in March 2002 and matured in hogshead casks until March 2011, when it was transferred over to a hogshead which had previously held Burgundy wine. It stayed in that cask until February 2015, when finally the whisky was bottled with an outturn of 419 bottles.
