Bottled in 2025 to mark Edradour’s 200th anniversary, this release goes all in on first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. It wraps the distillery’s famously robust spirit in layers of dark sweetness to create a celebratory dram that leans into everything fans love about Edradour.
Raisin syrup, fig, espresso, treacle and dark chocolate.
Full-bodied and decadent with molasses, stewed fruits, earthy malt and warming spice.
Long, rich and lingering with fruitcake, cocoa and deep sherry sweetness.
I've heard very little about this bottle but tried lots of Edradour. This is one of the best I've tried with great flavours that last. Very easy to drink. I will definitely be buying more
