Description

11 year old single malt from the Edradour distillery, aged in a single Madeira cask from March 2006 to September 2017. Expect a wealth of intriguing fruit notes from this one. A release of 961 bottles, presented as part of the Straight From The Cask range.

Nose

Apple puree, heather, blueberry and lime.

Palate

Shortbread topped with summer berries, intense peppery spice and a touch of vegetal oak.

Finish

Barley, peaches in syrup and lemon meringue pie.
