i recently had the sheer joy of being gifted a bottle of Edradour "Straight from the Cask". this whisky has a very pleasant and gentle nose,a delightful teaser of what is to come! the flavour is quite unique,a delightfully balanced peaty-ness yet room for the more delicate flavours of pepper, sherry and gentle fruits. the finish is clean and enduring.. it is certainly worth securing this fine whisky and savouring it !
