Nose
Honeycomb, apricot jam, candied lemon peel, and vanilla custard, with floral sweetness and soft oak spice.
Palate
Peach syrup, golden raisin, malted biscuits, and butterscotch unfold alongside cinnamon and ginger warmth.
Finish
Honeyed fruit, delicate spice, and gentle oak tannin fade slowly into floral sweetness.
