Description

Adding to the Ibisco Decanter range from Scotland's small, but mighty Edradour distillery is this cask strength single malt Scotch whisky that's been matured for 10 years in bourbon casks. Bottled at 59.6%, this opens up beautifully with a few drops of water.

Nose

Spiced honey cake, with warm oak and waxy lemon peel.

Palate

Pleasant drying oak, with toasted coconut and plenty of bourbon vanilla.

Finish

Lingering, with warm spice and a hint of citrus peel coming back.
