This cask strength single malt Scotch whisky from Edradour is released as part of its Ibisco Decanter range. Matured in bourbon casks for 10 years, this 2012 dram was bottled up at 58.2%, delivering big flavour from the small, Highland distillery.

Nose

Waxy honeycomb, with toasty oak, and spicy gingersnap biscuits.

Palate

Green oak, with earthy vanilla, and a touch of coffee.

Finish

Warm and spicy, with a bright hint of lemon peel.
