Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Huge helpings of sherried fruits and baking spice, with roasted walnuts and cooked apple.

Palate: Mouthfuls of rich, nutty malt and sweet, waxy fruit. Honeyed dates and juicy raisins roll amongst dark chocolate and earthy clove.

Finish: Poached pear and more candied fruits counter the spice, with whispers of nutmeg and cinnamon poking through.
