After a decade of maturation, the whisky was bottled up by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, which is all about presenting whisky without... Well, without chill-filtration. It's in the name.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Hazelnut and chocolate spread, chicory, intense Christmas cake richness.

Palate More festive flavours, with cinnamon and roast chestnuts making an appearance. Lots of toffee and sultana notes, too.

Finish Lasting dried fruit and slightly burnt sugar notes.
