Edradour single malt distilled back in March 2009 and left to age in a single cask until July 2019, and then bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Just look at the hue on this one!
Blackcurrant jam, coffee beans and heavy malt notes.
Lots of vanilla and black pepper spiciness, with dried fruit developing.
Leather, tobacco and dark chocolate.
