Sherry
A handsome bottling of Edradour, distilled in November 2008 and allowed to mature in a single sherry butt for a whole decade. The single malt was bottled in March 2019 for the Straight From the Cask series. The fabulously fruity dram was bottled at cask strength, a warming 58.3% ABV, with an outturn of only 996 bottles.
Sticky cinnamon buns and cherry jam, with oodles of raisins, sultanas and a distinct oak aroma.
Stewed apple with more cinnamon, clove studded orange and rich orange marmalade alongside a pinch of pepper spice.
Dried apricot and sherried fruits.
