Supremely sherried single malt from Edradour, bottled as part of their Straight from the Cask range. This whisky was filled into a sherry butt in January 2008 and left to mature for 10 years, before being bottled in February 2018. A release of 933 bottles.

Nose
Hot chocolate with cinnamon, Christmas cake and a hint of rancio.
Palate
Drying spices arrive up front, followed by dates and walnuts.
Finish
Sticky sherry lingers for minutes of the finish.
