Bourbon cask matured, cask strength single malt from the Edradour distillery, aged for 10 years (from 27th February 2006 to 22nd February 2017 - just 5 days before its 11th birthday!). 1,338 bottles were produced for this release, presented in neat Ibisco decanters.
Bourbon biscuits, caramel, a light mineral hint.
Vanilla pod, mint chocolate, dried apricot and date.
Juicy marmalade, dried barley, honey.
