Well Sherried Edradour, aged in a single cask for 10 years! This was distilled by Edradour back in May 2005 and left to mature in a Sherry butt until March 2016, when it was bottled at cask strength (a robust 61.4% ABV). 915 bottles were produced.
Spiced oak, rum-soaked raisins, thick Sherry.
A slight hint of smoky tobacco, before big ol' bursts of dark berry fruit juice. Barley is noticeable in the background.
Christmas spice all the way through the long finish.
