Sherry
A single cask bottling of 10 year old Edradour single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a Sherry butt from November 2004 to July 2015. This has been presented as part of Edradour's Straight From The Cask range, and comes with a a rather handsome wooden box to house the bottle. A release of 959 bottles.
Walnut loaf, damson jam, richly chocolatey.
Brown sugar, treacle, clove and cinnamon. Loads of raisins, too.
Rum-like spices and chocolate-coated dates.
