This was distilled at Edradour on the 30th June 2000 and it was aged in hogsheads before being disgorged and recasked into a Chardonnay hogshead on the 22nd November 2008. It was finally bottled on the 21st March 2011. A release of 456 bottles.
Nose: Fresh, crisp oak. Barley, zesty. Sauternes. Grapey, cereals.
Palate: Dessert wine, acacia honey, hints of tannic oak, sherry.
Finish: Long, chewy oak, sherried fruits, honey.
