Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Fruity and curiously complex. Notes of soy sauce and redcurrants, hints of toasted almond, rapeseed oil and houmous. Quite a bit of sweetness.

Palate Quite sweet and fruity with more of those redcurrants from the nose. Has a slightly tangy/acidic note, with just a hint of apple pie and fresh cream.

Finish Good length with some salinity, berry fruit compote and Greek yoghurt.

I've been really good, can I have
