From one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, the well loved Edradour, comes this 11 year old expression, matured entirely in a single Sherry butt - Sherry butt number 41, if you were wondering. It was distilled in February 2002 and bottled in December 2013 with an outturn of 959 bottles. Expect plenty of plump, Sherry soaked raisin notes from this stunning single malt.
