A peaty treat from Edradour, released under their Ballechin name. This expression was fully matured for 14 years in a cask that previously held Burgundy wine, and was bottled at cask strength in January 2018. 406 bottles were produced.

Nose
Earthy smoke blends well with wafts of funky raspberries and hot chocolate.
Palate
Roasted barley, violets, chewy raisins and a touch of red chilli powder.
Finish
Stewed berries and a touch of black pepper.
