A single Port cask-matured peated single malt from the Edradour distillery (which they released under the Ballechin name), bottled at cask strength. This was distilled in April 2004 and bottled in February 2017, with an outturn of 415 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Floral citrus at first, before a burst of herbaceous smoke arrives.
Palate
Bitter dark chocolate and coffee, as well as a touch of smokey black tea.
Finish
Green olive, cranberry, treacle.
