Description
A cask strength 30 year old release from the Eastern Highland distillery, Edradour. A thick, chewy malt distilled in 1973, there are some lovely fruit notes and a solid rum character. Indulgent.

Nose
Good body. Textured. Sublime balance. Damson jam, plummy, herbal. Rather lovely vegetal note.
Palate
Various fruits, touch of vinosity, dark rum. Cereals, spices.
Finish
Long and effortless. Cereals. Oak.
