One of the two 2023 release single malts from Eden Mill (the other being the Bourbon Cask), and the first bottlings to sport this sleek bottle design, this Sherry Cask edition was matured in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. Presented at natural colour without chill filtering, it boasts notes of rich fruit cake, toffee, and citrus.

Really nice sherry cask Eden mil will buy again definitely one of the better ones out there
