Eden Mill Madeira Cask 2022 - Cask Mastery Series
For its Cask Mastery series, Eden Mill matured this single malt in Madeira wine casks, with the Scotch whisky being joined by flavours of ripe stone fruits, and sweet almonds. Only 272 bottles were produced, all non-chill filtered and without added colour.

Nose
Bakewell tart, candied citrus, and caramel sauce.
Palate
Soft apricots and peaches, with spiced figs, and sponge cake.
Finish
Warm oak, with zingy ginger.
