Eagle Rare 17 Year Old (2023 Release) 70cl Whiskey

Part of Buffalo Trace's 2023 Antique Collection, here we have the annual release of its extremely desirable Eagle Rare 17 Year Old bourbon. Distilled in Spring 2004, this one was treated to a generous maturation, exceeding its 17 year age statement and remaining in cask until Autumn 2023 – 19 years and three months in total. During that time, the Buffalo Trace folks report that an eye-watering 78% of the original spirit was lost to evaporation. Rare stuff indeed.
