Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Amalfi lemon, unripe banana and lychee at first. Among dusty malt and oaky vanilla, there's a suggestion of Sugar Puffs with milk.

    Palate

Butterscotch, violet chocolate and clotted cream toffee provide a complex sweet opening that a sparkle of wood tannins and a malty undertone complement. Dry oakiness provides backbone while a hint of old leather books lingers.

    Finish

Wood spice sparkles in the finish.
