The nose is rich with bourbon-sweetness. Estery notes with sugared peels and honeycomb. Notes of honeyed smoke with peppery fruit. The palate is full and rich with a chewy mouth feel. Notes of caramel vanilla fudge and rum with a touch of malt extract and spice. The finish is long and sweet with a delicate smoke and winter spice with sweet cereal notes.
