Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Light waves of dried raisins and cinnamon sticks drift beneath layers of caramel and hay.
Palate
Rather oak-y at first, though once again the sweetness of Sherry makes itself known pleasantly.
Finish
Fresh and slightly minty.
