15 year old single malt from the Dufftown Distillery, bottled at part of the world-famous Flora and Fauna series. It's got a kingfisher on the label. Good bird, that. Very pointy.

Nose
Grainy, cereal rich, creamy spice, toast, vanilla cream, a little herbal character develops.
Palate
Medium-body with cereals, nut oils and a little salty butter.
Finish
Sweet and cereal rich with salted popcorn.
