12 year old single malt, distilled at the Dufftown Distillery in 2008 and independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd in 2021. Matured in a single cask, with a two year finishing period in an ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry butt, this is packed with glorious sherried, Speyside character!

Nose
Dried sherried fruits, plus caramelised pecans and vanilla.
Palate
Figs, dates and sultanas, rich fruit cake topped with toasted marzipan, with a pleasant oily texture.
Finish
Baked apples with cinnamon, allspice, and peppery warmth on the finish.
