Description

Single malt from the Dufftown distillery, independently bottled by The Single Cask after maturing in a single cask for 10 years - from June 2008 to June 2018. A very small release of only 87 bottles, presented at cask strength.

Nose

Almonds, coffee cake with chocolate frosting, sharp green apple.

Palate

Robustly malty, with black pepper and caraway giving it some spice.

Finish

Lasting vanilla and sponge cake sweetness, joined by a touch of banana.
