Driftless Glen Straight Rye Whiskey
Only twenty barrels, hand-selected by the Driftless Glen distillers, go into making this straight rye whiskey, which is made with a high rye mash bill to preserve the grain’s distinct spice. That pure Wisconsin water can't hurt, either.

Nose
Peppery, minty, slightly citrusy, and full of chewy, spicy, caramel notes.
Palate
Thick slabs of posh chocolate – laced with ginger, toffee, and a little peppermint – compete with boisterous rye spice.
Finish
The above notes drift away pleasingly.
