Wisconsin's Driftless Glen distillery makes a delicious small-batch bourbon. Don't believe us? Well you should. You're looking right at it. The mash bill here is 60% corn, 20% rye and 20% malted barley, and it was matured in virgin American oak barrels for four years before being bottled without chill-filtration at 48% ABV.
Charred oak, clove, and dark chocolate sit in a bed of creamy vanilla and caramel.
Oaky vanilla is once again a bedrock from which notes of toffee apple, cherries, chocolate, and cinnamon emerge.
Sweet and with plenty of aromatic spice.
