Douglas Laing presents this grand old single grain Scotch as part of the Fanatical About Flavour arm of its independent Old Particular series. Distilled in 2004, the whisky spent 20 years maturing, including a finish in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, bringing rich layers of dried fruits, cocoa, treacle, and spice. A total of 288 cask strength bottles were released in 2025.
