Generation Irish Single Malt Whiskey
Generation Irish Single Malt Whiskey was created by siblings Kiera and Spencer Chaplin, the grandchildren of the legendary Charlie Chaplin. Made in Ireland from malted barley, the whiskey is twice distilled in copper stills and matured in oak casks for three years. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration, added colouring, or other additives, it has a light, fruit-forward profile with plenty of fresh orchard fruit and malty character.

Nose
Banana bread, crisp green apple, vanilla fudge, and lightly toasted malt.
Palate
Soft orchard fruit and creamy malt, with banana, apple skin, honeyed cereal, and a gently yeasty note of wheat beer.
Finish
Clean and lightly sweet, with vanilla, malt biscuits, and lingering green apple.
