The Laurens distillery in southern France produces an array of spirits, wines, and aperitifs on its Aveyron-based estate. This single malt whisky gains its ruby hue from maturation in the barrels that previously held the distillery's ratafia fortified wine, imparting rich layers of red fruits and powerful spice, with lingering, vinous oak on the finish.
