Description
This 12-year-old single malt from Dewar's is treated to a double ageing process to ensure a silky soft, elegant profile. The whisky spends the second stage of its maturation in first-fill bourbon barrels, imparting heaps of smooth butterscotch, vanilla and stone fruit to the fruity, floral malt at its core.

Nose
Juicy apples, peaches, and creamy vanilla, with butterscotch, shortbread, and a touch of woody spice.
Palate
Sweet barley, caramel, and toffee, with apricot and peach in tow alongside waves of vanilla custard.
Finish
A touch of peppercorn heat arrives, kept in check by buttery fudge and grilled stone fruits.
