The 18 year old version of the single malt Stronachie. This is actually from Benrinnes, and they bottle it in small batches that offer a sherried style of whisky.

Sweet honey and citrus start with a rousing warmth following quick on the heels then soothes out to a long, buttered malt bread, oily, spicy finish. Sticks around a while. Rather delicious in my humble opinion.
I know taste is something very personal, but I like this whisky!
Why is it written "Single Malt Scotch Whisky" on the bottle ???????
Great buy. One of the best buys, tastes more expensive than it is. Love it
I don't feel that much sherry at all..is more Bourbonish and has little bit strange and bitter after taste.I would buy glenfarclas 12yo or glendronach 15,18yo instead...far better value!
