Great whisky / great value

Fantastic whisky for the money even if it is a blend . Bought first couple of bottles from the distillery shop a year ago and since bought another online
Well worth having in drinks cabinet

Knocks the socks off any other <£20 scotch

This knocks the socks off any whisky you can buy for <£20 in supermarket here in the UK.

I tried a variety of the Ben Nevis drams at the distillery and preferred this to some of the single malts. It's slightly spicy on the nose and light decent peat on the first taste. The rest goes down smoothly with a hint of Werther's Original.

After one of these I often progress onto a Campbeltown I have, but will often sneak back for a tiny dram of this Nevis Dew somewhere in the evening.

Excellent whisky highly recommended

When i first tried this..i thought average blended whisky and put it away in cupboard.. Then i managed to poison my leg and was on antibiotics so for a week no booze! My first dram was this whisky and I was bowled over how good this was..i then thought its a trick..i hadnt drink whisky for a week and anything would taste pretty good? So my next dram was a blended whisky from lidl..it was passible but what i noticed was the cheap grain spirit in the whisky..that stood out! But with the Nevis dew it was all flavour..no such problems! My opinion is clear your palette before trying this.. Dont try this after another brand of whisky.. Try it first..its rather good!

Great blend for the money, hints of the distillery's excellent single malts

For the money it's a great blend. Hints of the Macdonald's traditional from the same distillery (which is more than double the price) in its mix of smoke and sweetness, but where the MacDonald'so needs to be eaten with a spoon, this is lighter and dryer.

I rarely drink blends but this is extremely passable. Also way better than the Nevis Dew Supreme Selection.

Pretty good at this price

Good value for money if you are looking a budget blend. Sweet nose - very honeyed, bit of smoke and peat but quite light on both fronts. Smoke and peat and a sweetness (fudge) are also present on the palate which is quite robust - it's not super smooth but it has plenty of flavour. Medium length finish - slightly dry and oaky - like white wine but with some more peat. Works really well in cooking and it has enough flavour that you still taste it if you add ice or want a whisky to use for mixing. I don't think you will find a better, more consistent blend for less than £20.
