Description

A bold Highland single malt fully matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bottled at 46.3% ABV. Packed with winter spice, treacle, and fruitcake warmth, this is a dram for log fires, cold nights, and those who like their whisky with proper heft.

Nose

Fruity sherry leads, with dates, brown sugar, and walnuts, as well as cured meat and oak spice.

Palate

Caramelised sugar, mulling spices, treacle, and roasted nuts.

Finish

Dried fruit, malt loaf, and hints of sultana-studded bread.
