Description

Another outing for Sideburn, this time built around 1992-vintage whisky aged for 33 years. It spent 25 years in a refill hogshead before a further eight years in a second-fill sherry hogshead, and was bottled in 2026 at 54.6% ABV. Just 317 bottles were produced.

Nose

Heather honey, wax and ripe yellow fruit, with dried apricot, citrus peel and polished oak. A little cocoa and old leather emerge underneath.
