The fifth release in the Old Orkney series, this 19-year-old island single malt marries a 2005 and a 1999 refill hogshead, finished together in a third-fill butt before bottling at 52% ABV. It’s pure Orkney, a whisky that feels like standing on the shoreline with the wind in your face and the sea at your feet.

Nose
Sea spray, mineral stone, and gentle peat smoke wrapped around honeyed malt and citrus peel.
Palate
