The second installment in the Old Orkney series from indie bottler Decadent Drinks was drawn from a 2004 vintage refill hogshead, following 19 years of maturation. Boasting a less peat-forward profile than the first release of the series, this edition showcases classic Orcadian characteristics with fresh, coastal character and drizzles of heather honey.
