
Released in 2024, this limited-edition vintage organic whisky from Deanston was aged in organic re-charred American oak casks and is full of that subtly waxy, citrus character you love from the Highland distillery. It was bottled with no added colour or chill-filtration at a cask strength of 49.7% ABV.
Sweet notes of vanilla and caramel are intertwined with cedar, wood spice and hints of ripe fruits.
Rich, yet dry on the palate. Honey spice, stone fruits, toasted oak and a gentle note of freshly cut grass.
Lingering finish of desiccated coconut and a touch of cocoa.
