Sherry
Sherried Deanston single malt, independently bottled for the Cask Strength Collection by Signatory! This one was distilled back in June 2007, and aged in a first-fill sherry butt for 13 years, before being bottled up at cask strength (a hefty 64.5% ABV) with an outturn of 624 bottles.
Mocha, walnut, cooked peaches with a touch of char to them.
Ripe nectarine and jammy sultanas, dusted with nutmeg and ground cinnamon.
A kick of ginger on the finish, with more dried fruit in tow.
